i found a set of pro comp 6001 17x9 with 5in bs, will these fit my 305/70/17 tires

 

yes. those tires should fit those rims fine.

 

and there should be no rubbing

 

hard to say do you have a leveling kit. is your truck a 4X4? if your truck is 4X4 and you have a leveling kit I would guess no rubbing. but it may be close. but your rims will stick out 2 inches further than stock rims. you may want to consider if that is ok for you.

I am about 80% sure those won't rub. I just ordered me a set of 18X9 rims with 5.7 inch backspacing. and 305/65/18 tires. I am 95% sure mine wont rub but your might be close as you have .7 less backspacing. I am pretty sure you could run those tires on a stock rim with no leveling kit with no rubbing but the fact it sticks out 2 inches further than stock will put it close.
