Exclamation Need Caliper Help ASAP!!!!!!!!!

So I was changing my rear brakes tonight when I noticed that my rear passenger side caliper piston was cracked and leaking very slowly.

Tommrow I will be purchasing a new one to replace it... but looking online I noticed some things said "loaded" or "semi-loaded".

What does that mean???

Also... do I need Steel or Phenolic???

I need this help ASAP! My truck is my paycheck!

Thanks guys!
