have a 2008 F150 screw 4x4 with 2" leveling kit... putting 33" nitto grapplers and les shwab says they have no wheel in a 17" that will fit becuase of the offset.

Can some please help me with this, or suggest a wheel that will work. Want to stay within $210 a wheel.

You should be able to fit that on the stock wheel or any 17 inch wheel with the stock or close to stock backspace.

A 33" tire should work fine on a 17x9 w/5 inches of BS. If it's a 305x65x17 it should look great.

nitto makes a 305/70/17 which is 34" x 12.36" tire... i dont see a 65. will the 305's on a 17x9 wheel still work with a 4.5 or 5 bs? or will the rub?

With a 305x70x17 tire I would maybe drop down to a 8" wide wheel, I have 17x8 wheels w/5.5 inches BS and clear 315's with no problems. Nitto also makes a 295x70x17 that is a nice size tire.

I think i will go with the 295/70/17's... question is i want my tires to stick out about 1" - 1.5" more then stock.

Looking at moto metal wheels that are 17x9 with 4.5 bs. would this stick out to far?

or go with a 17x8 with 4.5 bs?

A 9 inch wheel with 4.5 inches of bs will stick out 2.5 inches farthe than the stock wheels. The 8 inch wheel with 4.5 bs will stick out 1.5 inches farther than the oem wheels.

Ok... i think i will go with a 17x8 ultra wheel with 5.5" of bs, and a nitto terra grappler 305/70/17 (33.98" x 12.36").

I would think with this wheel being pretty close to stock wheels it would work. No rubbing?

If you have any rubbing it will be very minor.

Don't have em stick out any more than you have to. If you do it changes the steering geometry and makes alignment and handling issues. That said, if you get an alignment person who disagrees with me, go with his opinion.
Or, any of you with other opinions, I'd be interested. Putting on my fire suit...
