What brand of tires do you guys recommend?

Hi guys, I have a 2005 F-250, 6.0 Diesel, Crew Cab, 4wd with 99,000 miles on it. I'm on my second set of Pirelli Scorpions LT 265/70 R17's and would like to change brands. I very rarely go off road. What brand of tires do you guys recommend? Thanks. Bugman.

I tow my 16' bass boat few times during the summer, haul firewood in the fall and I usually have about 500 to 800 pounds of pest control equipment in the back of my truck at all times.

I wouldn't shop so much by brand as just about everymanufacturer makes quality tires as well as cheap tires. Just because the BFG AT KO is a great tire don't assume that all BFG's are. I'd suggest BFG AT KO's, Nitto Terra Grapplers or Toyo AT's.

I loved my BFG AT KO and IMP they are the best tire on the market. I do agree that the Revos are great competition and have heard nothing but things about them. Both are great All terrain tires!!!

Michelin LTX MS will give you up to 80k depending on how you drive. Good choice for street driving. Have a good highway tread on then.

I have used quite a few different brands. I haul quite a bit but not constantly. I have used the Duelors and they are great tires but a little pricier than the Firestone Destination AT's I use now and they do the same job. Good all round traction on wet, dry and snowy conditions. They also handle a load very well. Check out the ratings users give them on Tire Rack. They get 9's across the scale.
