Which factory 16's will change out with the Lariat 17's

 

Any 97-03 F-150 rim will fit on any 97-03 F-150, vregardless of trim level or drivetrain.

 

not true, in 99 or 2000 they increased the lug size and length. however the wheels are hub centric so as long as your not trying to put old wheels on a newer truck youll be fine

 

Actually they will interchange. You just have to be sure to use lugnuts for the year model truck you have and not the wheel.

 

really? i thought the lug nut holes were smaller. are we talking stock or aftermarket. cause i think all aftermarket wheels have the same size hole but i didnt think stock wheels did

 

Like you said, the oem wheels are hub centric, not lug centric.

 

I had a 99 F-150 with 12mm studs and repalced it with the 2003 truck 14mm studs. The 99 wheels where the 5-star chrome 17" wheels. I tried swapping them because I prefered them vs. the FX4 wheels, but the chrome plating made it tight. They did fit, though.
