3" leveling kit w/ aal and 3" body pics?

ok im really debating what i should do as far as lifting my truck. im not looking to spend a lot of money but at the same time i want my truck to stand out. i know a leveling kit with an add-a-leaf with 35's looks sweet but im wondering what a leveling kit with an aal and a 3 inch body would look like with some 35's? i dont want to go to 37's because i tow up to 8,000 pounds pretty regularly and i dont want to change the gears.

Dont do a body lift, it will throw the image off, ride, bumpers, and all the gaps.

Go wih an AS 2.5 front, and a 3" block in the back and some larger tires.

i didnt thinkt the body lift looks to shabby on the new f150's, the gap guards and bumper lifts set it off, but i know what you mean, they can look pretty bad sometimes. but i appreciate the tip and ill prolly end up just gettin the leveling kit and aal. i never was a fan of blocks to much. but in that picture you got 2.5" in the front and 3" in the back????.... what size ttires are those?

What do you mean throw the image off,it rides the same, bumpers line up perfectly,i have gap quards now for the back to cover the frame, you would never know its a body lift.

Im running a 2 1/2 leveling kit with 3 inch body lift i gained3 inchs in front with my 2 1/2 leveling kit.Oh and there 325/65/18's which are 34.7x13

Keep in mind that body lifts can be a pain to instal on the new F-150's. If you can install it yourself, they are a good value. If you have to pay some one, you will have about the same amount of money invested with a standard 6 inch Pro Comp lift.

Body lifts aren't as bad as some people make them out to be. I put one on my Ranger and it was fine, but if you're gonna get a brush guard, step bars or something that bolts to the frame, I'd say stay away. Plus most places want $600 or so to install. I'm on the slow plan to lift my truck. I got 2.5"AS and AAL that was $200 and it'll let me fit 35s, then I'm gonna save up and get gears, save up more and get a 6" lift. This way I'm slowly getting up to where I want to be and paying as I go, not going into debt.

Nice big clean tires! Haven't you tried off-roading? It's great to experience off-roading while you are driving this monster.

Ok nothing wrong with a body lift what so ever its a cheap way to lift your truck 3 inches. Im finishing mine tomorrow and it looks awesome. DIY and pay way less than having someone else doing it and get to know your truck more. Go ahead and put a 3" Leveling kit on your truck and kiss your UCAs Ball Joint, CV angles , and etc up front goodbye. You will wear those things out fast and pay way more to replace them. If you decide to go with a Leveling kit dont go anything over 2 1/2". I went with a 2" and my truck sits level. Good Luck with whatever route you choose to go with.
