Jsut found some rims i like but want to ask if they will fit?
set up- 2.5"as, 18"x8.5 rims with BFG 35x12.5x18 tires
04 Super crew FX4. I ask this because i have heard people say to stay as close to OEM rim size as possible which is currently 17x7.5, will an inch bigger make tires rub? Thanks for any info

 

depends on what the backspacing is...

 

I think some one here tried that and it didn't fit but I could be mistaken.

 

With an 8 1/2" wheel you would need about 6 inches of backspace for them to clear in the front if your truck is a leveled 4x4.
