Pro Comp 38.5x80xR16

hey has any body ran Pro Comp Xtreme All Terrain 38.5x80xR16's ? because on 4wheels parts it says i can run it on a 8-12 inch wide rim but on procomptires.com it says 9-12. and i wanna get these and i have a 8 inch wide rim and im wondering if anybody has run these on a 16x8 so i can save a lil money on rims. thx

what is the width? 38.5x??x16 it says 80 but i doubt you meant that!

no its says LT355/80R16. so ya there an 80 series. yes they are 14.5's

LT355/80R16 is totaly different than 38.5x80x16 when you look at metric sizes the first number is actually the width! Thats what confused me. 38.5x14.5x16 thats the flotation size the metric size is LT355/80R16.

lol alright, but does anybody think/ know they will fit on an 8"inch wide?

i'm not sure. I am going to do 14.50's on my 9 inch wheels and to my knowledge, that is about as close to the limit as you want. Im just too cheap to go drop $1k on wheels again.

I may be wrong, so correct me if anyone knows better.

NO you will want to run at least 10" wide wheel! They will mount on a 8" but will crown really bad in the center tread!
