tire and wheel question - new owner

Hi everyone! No pics yet, but I just got a 2004 - new body - f150 and i was just wantin some opinions.
I have the "true blue" color, a dark/navy blue. I got a free toolbox that was stainless steel, along with some westin nerf bars, and painted them black. I just applied VHT Nite Shades to my front and rear lights as well.

Do you guys think that the "true blue" and black look better then true blue and chrome/stainless steel?

So with what I've done so far I was going to add the following to go with the black-out theme:

Mamba M-1 wheels (17s and 295/70R17 Nitto Terra Grappler) - I have a 2.5" leveling kit as well

limo tint or at least 5% with a brow on front windshield

Frontier-Gear front and rear bumper, also in black

So my question is, should I do the black + "true blue" OR............

Chrome/stainless steel+"true blue"?

-------PIC to be added soon----------

Definitely chrome/stainless. Black and blue doesn't look good on a person, nor does it on a truck. At least as far as wheels are concerned.

Personally it all depends on you. If you like black & blue then make your truck black & blue. The way you personalize your truck is an expression of your personality and taste. That's the reason for having so many categories of custom vehicles. Don't build your truck for everyone else. Build it for you and you will be happier with the end result. Trust me.

Cool

I have a 2008 F150 Supercrew XL Dark Blue Pearl, with the black front and rear bumpers and black grill. I'm adding the black Harley Headlights and black euro tails. geting my 2.5" leveling kit installed soon, and getting the Black bushwacker fender flares with black rims and 33" a/t tires. Also looking at a behind the cab black pipe light bar. but I hate chrome

I just wanted pics of other trucks honestly. I'm not big on chrome, but I do like stainless steel. I decided to go with black. I'm going to get all the MODs as listed in my signature, I will post a pic once its all done but I just decided to get a supercharger and that will set me back on the other MODs a few months.

Paint the lower part of your truck black, or put black fender flares on and put black wheels on.

I decided I'm gonna go with black and blue, I think it'll look badass. Ima get Line-X along the rocker panels and fender flares. im getting the Mamba M1 wheels with a 33" mud tire. I'm going to get a front and rear bumper replacement from my home-state bumper company Frontier Gear. And I've already blacked out the headlights, tail lights and rear 3rd light. I have a black toolbox and black nerf bars too. I'll post a pic when its all done, but for now those XLT wheels make it too embarassing for me

i have only seen one blue truck thats looks good with black on it.it was a fx4 with the dark shadow grey bottom and the fx4 fender flares and i think it had limo tint and black rockstars and it looked good.i had seen it on here once and cant find it now.i think i used the search feature to find black rockstars and stumbled on it.if you have chrome bumpers id go chrome with stainless.if its all body color you may pull the black off.i have dark shadowgrey blacked out so i cant say anything.
