Forged are usually stronger and lighter than cast because they are produced under pressure, where cast wheels are usually just molten material poured into a cast and allowed to dry.
Not sure, but they are alloy, which would *generally* make them light and strong already. That's the whole benefit of an alloy, blending the best properties of multiple metals. Guess that didn't answer your question though..
If Moto Metal forged their wheels, they would surely say so. It's one of those "premium" features that the wheel manufacturer can use for advertisement.
Chrome Alloy is just an alloy wheel, namely aluminum that's chromed.
Right. Almost all oem and aftermarket alloy wheels are cast. If a wheel is forged, they will use that as a selling point. Eagle Alloy, Pro Comp and Centerline all have a line of forged wheels.
