they are as soft as warm butter. if you plan on driving on the road with these tires be prepared to replace them often.

They perform well on and off road. They are just loud and wear quickly.

I personally love them and love the sound and they will wear depending on how you treat them. I have my rotated about every 3k with every oil change. I only have 6k on them so if your interested ill hook you up. Bc when i brought them in the guy who was changing them said they almost look brand new could hardly tell any wear on em. let me know shoot me an email if interested also they are 35X12.5 R18 mhockey9090@aol.com

i just rode in a chevy today with 33" mud grapplers. those compared to my 36x15.50x20 claw radials were extremely loud. mine are quiet compared to them. But they are badass lookin. we never even went over 40mph but LOUD. haha. I still might get them in the 38x15.50x20 just because they are so badass lookin!! and hopefully they will perform ok in the mud.

Go for it man!

I have a 97 f150 exactly like yours well it was until I just installed my 6 inch lift but I did have the 35/12.50/R16 Nitto Mud Grapps on my 97 with my BL and they look mean!
And perform damn good in the mud IMO!

I was out once mudding in some deep stuff with my buds
My friend had a Z71 with new BFG MT 35s and me with my new Nitto Muds 35s also
He was in 4x4 whole time spinning hard just to move yet I was only in 4x2 throwin roosts higher and getting better traction than him.

Btw nobody try to tell me that I got better traction because I have bigger lugs and blah blah blah! No technical junk here just personal expirence!

Well here is a pic of how well they did in the mud...... and while mudding my bud told me that a chevy about 3 days ago went through there on 44s and the rivets were big but i got through with no problem thanks too the tires though seriously.. the mud cleans out of the tread very well which gave me alot of traction..Are you interested in those 35 mud grapplers i got?

these were another time

I have about 12,000 miles on mine and they are doing great as far as tread wear. When they're in the mud, it almost feels like cheating. The only thing I hate about them... they're LOUD AS HELL!

badass pictures bro. Yeah i think ima go ahead and go with those 38x15.5x20 mud grapplers. Those will be big and should be ok when playing in the mud. being 38's, is that going to make them much louder than 33's or 35's?

The diameter of the tire doesnt directly matter. If it matters at all.

The tires are LOUD because the big void spaces. Especially on the side of the tread on the Nitto's.

The only reason the tires get louder as they get bigger is because NORMALLY the voids get biggers as the tire diameter and width increases.
