Can I do more..?

I have a 2005 FX4 supercrew with a 2.5" leveling kit and BFG 305/65/18's mounted on factory wheels. I love my current setup but I've been thinking that I wouldnt mind having just a little more... (never satisfied I guess) Without going too far, what could I possibly do (tires/lift/shocks) to maybe gain another inch or two...? I plan to stay with BFG AT KO tires and "I think" that I would prefer to stay with factory wheels also...? Can I get a taller tire in my current setup? Anyone have pictures of something similar? Thanks.

I think with your setup, and while using your factory wheels, you could fit some 35" (325/65/18) tires on your truck. I'm sure others will chime in and correct me if i am wrong, but i think you'd be able to do this.

A 325mm tire is too wide for the oem 18x7.5 iinch wheels. If you add a body lift you could fit the 325/65-18's (35x13.00) on some 18x9 inch aftermarket wheels.

What I'm afraid of with the aftermarket wheels are that with the required backspacing they will stick out from the fenderwell.... I'm not opposed to aftermarket wheels, I just am not a fan of the wheels sticking out past the fenderwell... Does anyone know what the minimum amount of backspacing is that I could get away with running 35's?

If anyone out there has 35" tires on a 18" x 9" wheel, could you please post a picture and the backspacing of your wheel..? Thanks for all of the help...

Most 18x9 wheels have 5 inches of bs. This means they will stick out 2 inches farther than your oem wheels. If you try to run this combo with 325/65-18's you are gonna have to add a body lift because they will not fit with only a leveling kit.
