BFG Krawlers
Looking to get a set in 37x12.5R17 for my next set of tires instead of KM2's. Figure I'd try something different and should get at least 20,000 miles of out them (blue label/DOT approved krawlers) maybe even 25,000 as long as I stay up on the rotations. What do you guys think, yes, no, maybe

The Krawlers are a lot more expensive than the KM2 and you're not going to be using the tires like they were ment for, plus they're going to wear a lot quicker. It's wasted money, IMHO. Why pay for a more expensive tire, that wears quicker, drives worse on the street, and looks pretty much like the KM2?

No completely different tread compound. They'll wear a lot faster. Probably be a good bit louder as well...

Unless you turn it into a complete trail rig, i'd say no to the krawlers. I still say go bigger and wider though, no matter what tire it is it'll make your truck look even better.

Never said it makes all the difference but rotations do none the less make a considerable difference (not sure whos been blowing smoke up your a** and telling you they don't) and along with proper infaltion and alignment, 20,000 on DOT approved krawlers would be possible, just not probable
