Would you?

put on the stock wheels for the winter months? i have polished eagle alloys on now that i just got over the summer, will the salt, and snow mess them up? or can i leave them on? if i leave on what do i need to do to keep them looking good, just polish them often? i really do not want to go back to the stock wheels again haha. thanks for any input

I'm keeping my BFG AT's and Pro Comp wheels on for the winter, i'm not going back to those crappy stock General Ameritrac tires, or buying new rims (pro comps are 18", stockers are 17") just for my BFG's. Plus with the money i spent on my BFG's i surely want to use them during winter. My wheels are black though so i think they will be easier to maintain....either way i got the wheels cheap so i'll take my chance's.

Good luck in whatever you decide.

honestly what is it that messes them up? the salt? or just snow in general?

I can already tell you that id run the same wheels year round, but i also run black powder coated or teflon wheels no chrome for me. i dont know if that would help!
