Anybody running Pro Comp Xtreme A/T

anyone have this tire? how do you like it? i wanted the km2s but thought about it and i dont do much mudding so id rather just stick with an a/t tire. another option is the mickey thompson atz's. so if anybody has either of these let me know what you think of them. Thanks

Both of those tires are made by Cooper Tire and both are receiving great reviews. However, the ATZ's come in two different tread patterns. One looks awesome while the one with raised white letters looks a little plain to me.

wandell is exactally right about the ATZ's two tread patterns. Their are the ATZ's and the ATZ Traditionals. The "traditionals" are made in the more common "oldschool" sizes and the new ATZ is for all the specialty sizes like 20's and 22's and the 325/18's. The new ATZ APPEARS to look much better...HOWEVER, i have a new set of the traditionals and the look the same but have one extra line of tread in the pattern. If you look them up online you will only find really ugly pictures of the traditionals and the new ATZ's will look awesome.

Whew...you still with me? Anyway. I LOVE my Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ Traditionals!!! The are great on and off road, very minor road noise, super deep tread and decent side lugs/biters.

i got them in 35x12.50-20. they balanced really well, not super quite but not loud IMO either. i got 6k on them and look new still. a little pricey though IMO. if they wouldnt have buy 3 get 1 free no way would i ever buy a set, way better tires available for cheaper or the same price.

i havent had any balance issues with mine either and they ride real nice on the highway but once you hit about 35,000 kilometers (yes kilometers im from canada) they start to dissapear real quick for tread and they dont seem to run that good on snow.

I have a buddy with the Xtreme A/T's on his F-250. I believe they are 38.5/14.50/20 but don't quote me on that. Anyway he loves them. We mostly have mud and sand and they apparently do decent in both. But with the cost of diesel lately he doesn't drive it too much
