Verifying no rub.

OK, first post and I have read many threads on tire fitment and have learned a ton.

In any case, just got an 08' FX4 Screw and want to verify before I drop the dough that the following will fit without any rubbing:

Pro Comp 18x9, 5936 Knight Chrome 6x135, 0 offset, with 5" B.S. wrapped with Nitto Terra Grappler 325/60/18

I will be adding a Pro Comp 2.5" leveling kit.

From what I have read it will work without rub, but want an "expert opinion"

Thank you.

i was running the same tires with 9005 series wheels, 18x9, 5" BS, 0 offset, and the 2.5 AS kit..... yes, mine did rub at full lock. i had to trim a minor piece of the valance (about 1/2" x 2.5") from each side. And, i also had to build a bracket to pull the front mud flaps towards the rear just a little.

those tires are pretty wide..... if you chose a basic 33"x12.5" i think you would have better luck.

BUT...... im no expert in any means, just my .02.

Yep, they will fit, but you may have to do some minor trimming.

Would a 285/65/18 Terra Grappler be a better choice to ensure no rubbing? I really don't want to trim anything on the truck if possible.

Yes, they are approximately the same height (33 inches), but they will be 40mm narrower.
