Can't get a straight answer on Tire Size

I have a 2006 f-250 4X4 King Ranch. Short box. I need to get these crappy Cont. tires off of my truck and I was wondering what the max tire size that I can put on my truck. NO LIFT. I have been told that 325/65/18 will not rub but I don't know if I trust that statement. I have stock 18" rims. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Thanks!

Generally a 325 is a bit too wide to run on a stock rim (7.5''), but is done from time to time but not usually recommended unless you are planning on putting new rims on at some point. Also, a 325/65R18 is going to be a bit big without any sort of lift, you could go with a 325/60R18 (33x13) but the same rule applies for rim width.

Best bet would be a 305/65R18 or 285/65R18, (34x12.50ish and 33x11.50) respectively but would still recommend a leveling kit.

Without any leveling kit, I'd stick with a 33 inch tire like a 33x12.50-18 or 285/65-18 (33x11.50). You could also probably fit the new BFG AT KO 305/65-18 (34x12.50). Also, a 325mm wide tire is too wide for the oem 7.5 inch wide wheels.

I think that I am going to go with 285/65/18 NITTO. I appreciate your comments!
