Need help on tire size...

Hey Guys,

Newbie here looking for info on tires for my 2007 Supercrew, 2WD. I currently have the original 255/65 17s. I would like to know the largest size tire I can get without having any rubbing or doing any modifications. Also, any ideas on size lift kit would look nice on my truck, if I decide to go that route and what tires would go with that lift. I'm looking to get a little more tough look out of my ride and in general have limited knowledge about tires/lift kits etc. Thanks for the help.

If you add a 2.5 inch leveling kit you can fit a 285/70-17 (33x11.50) or a 305/65-17 (33x12.50). If you decide to go with a full suspension lift, I'd suggest the 6 inch Fabtech or Pro COmp lift. These will allow you to fit 35x12.50's.

Thanks for the help. I've been thinking about the leveling kit you mentioned. Would you expect any rubbing with the tire sizes you mentioned. Thanks again for the help.

If there is any rubbing, it will be minor.
