It depends on the backspacing of those 18x10's. If it's 6 inches, you can fit 325/60-18's (33x13.00). If it's less than that, I'd go with a 305/60-18 (33x12.50).

They may be 6 lug like your Ford but the bolt pattern is different.

I think a 285/60-18 will look a little too small. That's basically a 32x11.50 tire. I'd go with at least a 285/65-18 (33x11.50). A 305/60-18 (33x12.50) would look perfect. I think you would have to do a good bit of trimming with a 325/60-18 because of the wheel's width and backspacing.

The Silvarado and the F-150's do not use the same bolt pattern.

i kno rite..the only thing the same is that they're both 6 hole..the f150's are 6x135mm and the silverado's are 6x139mm. im guessing its a silverado, the guy said "he had em on a extended cab chevy"..and thats basically all people drive were im from..

i think im going to go with the 285/65 on the 18x10's better fuel economy than the 325/60 and CHEAPER!!! ill post the pics when its all together, should be about a week or two, how much trimming do you guys think ill have to do with the 285/65 if any, forgot to mention wheels have -12mm offset and 5" bs and im guessing that the wheels are going to stick out about 2 inches???

A 10 inch wide wheel with 5 inches of bs is gonna stick out 3 inches farther than the oem 17 and 18 inch wheels. I doubt you have to do much trimming.

Go with the 285/65 on your truck. Post some pictures of it too once you're already done with it.

hey, i have an 04 regular cab and i was wondering how big of a tire i could run on 17x9 inch rims with out lifting the truck so it doesnt rub..we took the block off the rear end to make it sit level..i seen a truck with the block still on there and the leveling kit with kinda big tires.
