Ordered '09 FX4. Which Aftermarket tires

I will be trading my '07 FX4 in on the '09 when it comes in. I ordered the 275x65x18 Goodyear AT/S with the '07. I didn't order the Goodyear this time because I want to replace the factory tire with a larger tire. I'm thinking about either the 285x65x18 BF Goodrich A/T or the 275x70x18 Nitto Terra Gripper. Given the 18" wheel, are there other options I am missing? I do not want to go larger then the 2 sizes mentioned.

Nittos are cheaper but you will get longer wear with the BFG.

i like my bfg's so far. i have about 10k on them and they show like no wear at all. the one dislike about them is i have 315/70/17 which equals about 35/12.5/17. my tread width is only about 10.5 inches. the tires itself is still 12.5 inches wide but the tread patter isnt so it makes the tires look much skinnier than it actually is.

I usually trade every couple of years. Right now, I am not aware of any incentives. I am hoping there will be some by the time the truck arrives.

Try a narrower rim.

I read some where the other day where they would offer $3000 cash back. I have to find it now. It doesnt sound correct but I do remember seeing it. Never mind I cant find it.
