Caliper-rotor-pads ?...help

My 99' F150, 5.4L, 4x2 Lariat Flairside (orig.owner w/75k miles) front passenger caliper is locking up when I first begin to drive.
This happens in the morning when first driving my truck. After a couple minutes or so of driving the front passenger caliper dosen't lock up again.
I've read here that maybe my caliper(s) are going bad. I have ABS but not sure if 2 or 4 wheel ABS.

If I need new calipers (rebuilt ?) I'll replace rotors and pads all at the same time. I do mainly highway driving and don't tow anything.
Having HD 20" wheels with Sumitomo's Sport H/P's 275/55/20 need brakes that won't fade or create allot of dust up front.

What is the best bang for the $$ way to go without breaking the bank?
Any sponsors/links suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I've already replaced rear drums, shoes, pistons and springs with all Wagner parts and flushed all brake fluid.

I'lll answer part of your question,,,,do NOT take a chance on a caliper thats sticking. Replace it! You go on a long trip and the heat build up could cause serios issues,,,,would hate to see that sweet looking ride in the ditch. At 9 yrs old, i would replace both. Fords phenolic piston design weren't the best. I had problems way back in '82 with one side trying to stick. There was smoke coming out, man it got hot. Not good. Again, sweet ride!! rossford

is it locking up only when u press the brakes? and frees up when you let off? if thats the case it is not the caliper.

If you have drums then you have 2 wheel ABS. 4 wheel ABS required disk brakes in front and rear.
