18" XD Hoss

I am looking at getting the XD Hoss in 18". They only come in 18x9 with 5.71" backspacing (+18 offset) for the 5x135. Will they work? Or should i stay closer to zero or negative backspacing? Will be running them on some 35x12.50r18 pro comp extreme AT. I have a 98 f150 with 3" body lift, torsion bars cranked, and AAl in rear.
Thanks for the help guys!!

On a 97-03, you want 4.5 or 5 inches of backspacing.

So you think the 5.71" will be to much backspacing?

Honestly, yes I do (for a 97-03). The oem wheels for these trucks have 4.5 inches of bs. I'd check some other sites for the specs because that my just be typo. I don't think I've ever seen an offroad style wheel for our truck with more than 5 inches of bs.

Thanks!! Thats what I thought too. So I went with some black Rockstars with 5" of backspacing (0 offset). I think this setup will look killer on my red F150!! What do ya'll think? Cant wait!!!

Where the heck did you find rockstars with the 5x135 pattern? I can't find 'em with a spotlight and a search warrant! Of course, I'm looking for 20s...maybe that's the difference?

I got them from a guy named Chet from uniqueautotrenz .com. He is great! He worked with me for bout a week to find some XD series wheels with the 5x135. Check out the website and drop him a line! He did alot of searching and calling me and others to find something I liked.
