Pro Comp Xtreme Mud or **** Cepek FCII????

I am looking at purchasing new tires for my truck. I am wanting to get 305/55/20 but am not sure which tire. I have narrowed it down to either the Pro Comp Xtreme Mud Terrain or the **** cepek FCII. Just wanting some imput on the tires and any reviews/pics from current owners.

Both are manufactured by Cooper Tire and both are getting great reviews. Sounds like you just need to decide if you need an AT or an MT.

I ordered some 33" FC II's . Im supposed to get the wheels tomorrow morning from UPS so I can't give you first hand experience yet. I do have the tires in my garage and they look awswome! Its supposed to be a MT/AT hybrid. Which is part of why I chose them. They look aggressive like a MT but last and perform as an AT. Also not loud like a MT. I've seen people saying they get over 50,000miles out of them with proper maintenance. Heres a few pictures of the tires. Hopefully Saturday morning I'll get the tires mounted, balanced, and wheels installed on truck. I'll post some more pictures then.

FYI usually Pro-Comp has a 4 for 3 sales around this time of the year, check with your local dealer, that's how I got my X-Terrains. Makes a big difference.

Both great tire choices, let us know what you decide!

Just got the wheels about an hour ago. Getting the tires mounted and balanced 7am Saturday. I'll have pictures up tomorrow. Sucks waiting till tomorrow knowing they're just sitting there in the garage.

I've had my FCII's for almost a year now and they look as good as the day I got them and ride great. They do make some noise but not annoying at all and are awesome in the mud and snow.

I drove around a few places in town with the new wheels/tires yesterday and the tires are quiet. Slight noise going about 60mph, but not much at all. I heard it because I was listening for it. At full lock I can slightly feel the side biters on the tires bump on the road. Very happy with them. Look tough.

I believe both the **** Cepek's and Pro-Comps are made by Cooper. I think it was the Pro-Comp All-Terrains that were pulling apart.

Those tires look awesome, enjoy!
