Rotating tires

I need to rotate my tires. My truck is leveled on 35's and it looks like the 13" lift range most jacks have isnt going to cut it. What do you guys use when lifting your truck to work on it? Thanks.

Throw a block of wood under there. Or buy your tires from somewhere that offers lifetime rotations
