Technically, you included the .38 since it does fire out of the .357.

You Southern boys don't know how good you have it. We have "gun control" laws out here on The Left Coast.

To me: gun control means being able to hit your target.

Gun control to me is if you want them come get them. Come in my house and ill shoot you in the head. Thats controling MY OWN firearms.

No the .38 is a special. I have a old .357 but dont hardly ever use it. What i meant to say was my .375 Winchester Its a revoler alot like the 30-30 but with alittle more knock down. Its my hog/deer gun.

that is very true. we do have it good down here. i love bein able to go out and shoot in our pasture and dont have a care in the world. Its going to suck the next four years, but i do believe the NRA is too strong for them to take all of our guns away.

Obama hasn't said anything about taking away guns, has he?

He did tell us to solve the fuel crisis by putting air in our tires.

haha that's funny. I've heard that it's going to be hard or impossible to get handguns and "assault" firearms after December. We need to get this chit straight.

it just sounds to me like your 4x4 just wouldn't engage.

Do the new trucks have a 4x4 light that comes on after it's engaged? was it ever on?

its a VERY bad idea to engage 4x4 when not having the matching gear sets.

The drive shafts wont spin equally thus causing the T-case to bind up. HOWEVER Ford might have placed something "less expensive" inside the T-case so that if this was to happen that "less expensive" part would fail and not cause total T-case carnage... i dont know if this is true but who knows.

Wow, glad to see the ladies still gettin their panties in a bunch !

Anyways, I hate the big rim look. i think it look retarded. Unique ? Ha ! We have tons of those lifted rubber band whips driving all over the place. Its far from unique bud. Obviously never been to a real car show. At SEMA, I saw rigs with up to 42" rims. Yes, 42" RIM !!! Thats a little more unique.

You like it ? Now thats a better arguement. You like it, its custom, then more power to you. But don't expect me to like it. Something about it, thats just makes me giggle. Its goofy. Go to any established off road event, and you will get laughed at. Its just the way it is. Its like putting a HUGE wing on the back of a baja truck, or putting huge tires on a civic. Its just out of place. To me, a lowered truck with some nice looking big rims can look good. If done with taste. Why lift it and then throw rubber bands on it ? I don't know, looks "odd" to me.

(thought I'd get this thread back on track)

Oh, and don't worry. I can almost guarentee, nothing will change with guns. He said he wants to include a select few assault rifles to the lift ( a list that is no longer around, so he would like to update it, and bring it back). He wants to make it harder to get handguns, so as long as ya aren't a felon, you will still be able to get em. Quit buying into the BS and smears. Check the facts. That said, should still be an interesting ride.

You need at least 16" of lift to fit 40s on the new body style trucks.

You can easily fit 40s under a 12" lift. One member had 40s under 11' of lift (6" fabtech, cranked coilovers, 3" PA. His name is theanimal i believe).
