Backspacing for a 8 inch wide wheel with 285/75 R16

I have a 99 f150 with a 3 inch body lift.

What comments/suggestion would you guys have about what backspacing i should run.

Looking at a 8 inch wide 16 inch diameter with 5 inch of backspacing.
Tires that I am looking at are Cooper Discoverer S/T 285/75 R16.

Thanks in advance

You want 4.5 or 5 inches of backspacing.

got my new wheels and tires put on today and the 5 inch backspacing worked out great.

Tires fit so much better than before. Think i could have easily went and inch or so bigger.
