how big can i go with a 4" lift?

I've been researching the rancho 4" suspension lift kit which is now only about $1400! Anyways, just curious, if put that on my truck with my 17" moto metal 951 (has the standard BS and what not, dont know numbers off the top of my head) how would an actual 35" tire fit? any worries of rubbing? Would the wheel wells look "empty" with only 35's? Input would be great, and pics would be better if you got them.

Thanks in advance!

you should be fine. backspacing will determine if you will rub or not.i assume you need to keep a wheel farely close to oem specs since your going with a 4" and not a 6"

why get the 4 over the 6" a 6" is cheaper. remember you have to buy shocks for the rancho. you can get a fabtech 6" for the same price as that rancho. a pro comp is only 1100 on ebay. and you could replace the strut to get rid of the spacer if thats something you do not want

You should be fine with 35's. If you use a wide wheel with shallow backspacing, like 10 inches wide with 4.5 inches of bs, you will probably have to trim. I'd suggest a 9 inch wide wheel with 5 to 6 inches of bs.
