Will 17" **** Cepek DC-1 wheels with 33x12.50's fit on 2008 FX4?

Those wheels will stick out 2 1/2 inches more than stock. I'd check out the 305x65x17 tires or the 295x70x17 tires. That's about the max on those wheels with a leveling kit to avoid rubbing. The more you stick out in the front wheelwells the more chances to rub with larger tires.

I really like your truck!!!! Is it doggy with the 35's and stock gears??
no not really, raced a four door tundra the other day and stayed with it till we got to around 55 and then he was very slowly getting past me but i do plan on getting 37s soon and then it probably will run very slow, but then ill put 4.88 yukon gears
