A few memberrs have painted and powdercoated oem wheels, but I don't recall anyone doing it to King Ranch wheels.

I've actually seen it once. I dont think it was a king ranch but it looked like a 20" stock wheel painted black with the center normal. I think it just looks too out of place. Kinda goofy. But your best bet is if you know you want to paint the wheels just leave off the centercap and see what you think.

I think the painted stock wheels make them just look like they have never been cleaned and are covered with brake dust. That's just my opinion though. I'd say just buy some aftermarket wheels and send me your stock 20's!

Now that looks good with just painted accents. I was referring to ones that are painted all flat black. Anyways, just my 2 cents.

jstang

thanks for the photos. i have the 18'' s with the chrome center cap and the have the beige accents. its a lariat. i had seen some others refer to my wheels as the "king ranch wheel". they do not look like yours, which by the way i like what you have done with them. i was thinking about painting them all black and leaving the center cap chrome because of the fact that i have so many chrome accents already.
