Does anyone have any suggestions to get a 4 x 2 F150 XL cab up a bit and lose the 7 lug wheels?

I want to lift it a bit for some clearance ( just to make it look like a stock 4 x 4 instead of a parts store delivery truck!) Probably a 2-3" front only.
I'm going to put a decent diff in it for the snow in Utah. I just use it for commuting (CNG)

I have plenty of late model 4x4 take offs from buddies with the 6 bolt pattern (6 x 135mm?) so I need to get rid of those blasted 7 lug wheels. Lesser GWVR be damned.

Any easy, or cheap, way to figure which axle shafts and rotors could swap out from a different model to make the switch? I realize i could just swap in later model spindles and it might work. (any anti-lock sensor issues?)

I searched for these topics since this vehicle has been around since 2000.
Are there any issues I'm not thinking about? speedo error, clearance, etc?

For a lift, I'd just install a Performance Accessories body lift and some Daystar coilspring spacers for a little lift.
I can't recall anyone changing the 7 lug bolt pattern on a F-250 Light Duty.

 

There are actually a good amount of wheels out there that are made in the 7 lug bolt pattern for your truck.

 

Could you post a link to the 7 lug wheels you sell for the 7700lb payload F-150's please? This topic comes up pretty often and I only know of a few aftermarket wheels with the weird 7 lug pattern. I know of Eagle Alloy, American Racing and Centerline, but that's it.

 

Thats funny you say that because there are non listed on your website! Maybe you should sell a full line of 7-lug wheels!!
