im just worried about it tearing a groove in the tires when they rub..theres just no good sizes for 18's in the tire i want. i love the look of the 35's but an just not sure about the whole rubbing thing. another option is the 305/65/18 bfg ko which i havent seen pics of anywhere and i hate em in the mud. i am very undecided

They shouldnt tear a groove in them, they are rubbing on the upper control arm which is smooth and rounded. Here is a scenario for you....in a parking lot looking for a spot, find one that is kinda a tight turn so you go for it and hit full lock and feel it rub. You stop back up and go at it from another angle. Your not contantly rubbing, its a second of rubbing and thats it. No big deal, and once you know the point that puts you at full lock you adjust how you drive now and barely rub anymore.

So now that it is all set, GO GET THOSE DAMN TIRES ON! lol you wont be disappointed.

The absolute wost thing that will happen if you mount these tires up is that the tire will rub some paint off of your Upper Control arm... No grooves, no rips, no tears in the tire. Once you learn that it rubs at full lock it will be second nature to know not to go that far and you won't ever know it will rub.
