HELP, How far will this combo stick out?

I plan to buy this combo for my 04 FX4...

Pro Comp 7005 17 x 8 4.5 in. backspacing

Toyo M/T 285/75/17 34.1 in. tall x 11.6 in. wide

I am trying to get an idea how far this combo will extend over my stock fender flares. I don't want to have to buy aftermarket fender flares if I don't have to. A slight overhang would be fine but anything more might be too much. What do you guys think? Thanks!

Considering the fact that the rim is only 8 wide and the tire only about 11.5 or so, its not going to really stick out that far. You should be fine. It might stick out slightly, but probably no where near enough for you to need new fender flares.

The outer edge of the wheel will stick out 1.5" further than the stock wheel.

Yeah I just don't want to damage my paint. From the way I imagine it, this combo will probably just be about borderline of doing that.

I think it would be alright. Why would it damage your paint? I've run tires on trucks that stick out a little past the fender, and used them hard in mud/rocks/snow/sand for years. Your truck will get a little more dirty but that's it. The only thing I could really complain about is fresh tar sometimes when they're fixing roads. Just took a little more scrubbing to get the rocker panel clean. But we're only talking an inch and a half, I wouldn't be too worried about it.
You are using a leveling kit or something with them, right?

Yeah, AS 2 in. leveling kit but it it came out to a little over 2.5 in. lift in the end. The truck sits pretty damn high with just that. I just didn't know how much the road debris might affect the paint. Thanks for the input.
