What is the max pressure on the tires? What is the load rating for the tires? Max load at max pressure. 25 is low, especially for the highway. Too low a pressure is far worse than too high, unless the too high is over the max for the tire.

10-PLY should be a load range E tire. Examine the sidewall of your tire to determine Max pressure when cold. I have load range E BFG's on my truck and I run bewteen 50-55 PSI. Low pressure in your tire will allow to much sidewall flex in the tires which creates a dangerous sitiuation at higher speeds.

You can run those at 45. That should handle anything your truck is rated to. That 25 or even lower is fine if you need traction off-road, but dangerous on the highway.
