Biggest tire on 18X9

I have a quick question. What's the biggest tire you can get on a 2inch leveled 2006 f150, and an 18X9 wheel with 5 inch backspacing with little to no rubbing?

isnt a 325/60/18 around a 35/13? with that backspacing im not sure they would work on a leveled 4x4 with a leveling. you might have a little rubbing, but either way just trim and it should work i would think

its 4x4 and i was thinking about bfg All terrian 305/65/18, maybe too big cause i heard you'll lose some performance and depending , they'll rub a bit but a 285/65/18 should be a good compromise of both. no?

You can fit up to a 325/60-18 (33x13.00) tire. The 305/65-18's (34x12.50) will also work.

i just went through this

i jumped the gun and got 285/75-18 BFG A/T, looks great and doesnt rub but they didnt fill up the wheel well as much as i wanted them to

if i would have had patience i would have gone back and gotten the BFG 305's

but whatever

285's look and handle just dandy

I have 305/65/18 bfg all terrains on 18x9 rims with close to 6" of backspacing and no rubbing. Also have the as 2.5" leveling kit. Pics can be seen at my profile.

I believe you'll be happy with this choice. Good luck.

Thanks guys. Great lookin truck. Thats exactly what i want.
Did you notice any performance change with the 305's, like if its noticibly slower, or the gas mileage went down a bit? also will they rub at all with a 2" leveling kit or just go with a 2.5" kit?
