Mud graps only average 25K. But different people will let a tire go further bald than others.
I promise you however a set of KM2's or Toyo MT's will out last a Mud Grap.
Ive gotten reports of as low as 12.5k miles but this was on a heavy truck and didnt get his rotations though the shop i work with. So theres no telling if they even got them rotated.
My dads set lasted 23.5K and im the one that rotated them, his Iroks lasted 32k and he just put on 37" KM2's .

Ive had a few sets coming very close to 30k but that was bald, beyond being safe.
Maybe you got a good batch

bought the truck with 30k and tries on it. we'll just "assume" they were brand new when i bought it.
sitting at 60,500 now . . .
i've rotated them every 5k. trust me i don't like the damn tires, you can't balance them for *****!! but they have lasted that long and i honestly expect to get another year out of them.

One thing I will give them is that they are usually the cheapest option when comparing prices next to a toyo, bfg, super swamper, mickey, etc. etc. Could 'almost' buy 2 sets up mud graps for the price of 1 set of the above mentioned tires... lol At least that's what I've observed in my tire shopping.
