There is a way to adjust the shift points manually, but I like the way it runs in stage one so I just didn't mess with it. I really like the Edge and I think you will be fine.

If you're going to go with a programmer check out Gryphon (an Edge mod) and PHP. They do custom tunes so you can get what you want.
