I've had them in the past, but I was very disappointed to see that they don't make them for the 18" wheels on my FX4. I would think with the F150 being the most popular vehicle in the nation, that they would make tires that fit it. Hopefully by the time I need new tires they will have them.

They (BFG) make tires in the 18" size,

I think he means that they don't make ones with a rec. rim width that is 7.5 or less.

Not that any of us on here follow those guidelines

A 285x65x18 would be a perfect fit. Not much larger than the 275x65x18's that came on my truck. Just a little wide they say for the stock wheels. But what do "they" know anyway?

totally agree

I had a set that had 82k miles on them, mostly highway. never had to rebalance. I now have oem rugged trails that have 50k and still look good. Best tires I have ever owned and I have been driving Ford pickups since 1966. Will be buying 285 x 65 x 18's AT's in a couple of months.

Are BFG's good in the sand? I know its mostly flotation when on the beach, but Im looking at replacing my stock pirelli's with 285/65/R20 BFG KO's. and I like to go on trails and thru some mud now and then.
