I have searched but did not find an answer.

I found a set of factory 20's with pirelli tires. The owner removed the TPMS sensors. Is there anything I need to do, other than install valve stem cores and inflate before putting them on my '04?

 

Nothing other than balancing as you do not have TPMS on your vehicle. The balancing because the sensor is not that light.
