mine fit. and i have 4.53 inches of backspacing.
i didn't trim at all.
i only rub when i back up down a hill and cut it sharp all at the same time.
not backing up on flat or anthing.
you should be fine!
i'm also 4x2, running 305/60/18 terra grapplers with 4.53 inches of backspacing and -12mm offset.
2.5 AS kit as well.

P.S.- as for the back problem, i didn't install my AAL yet, but the back is fine without it, and it didnt rub or anything when i hit the speed bumps at my school at 30 today for a test.
