315's on 17" rim

Can people post photos of 315/70/R17 tires on 17" rim. I am looking at buying Pro Comp 1079:

* 17x9, 6 on 135mm Bolt Pattern
* Backspace = 4.75 in.
* Max Load = 2200lbs
* Finish = Polished
* Hub Centric = No
* Offset = -6mm
Just wondering what these would look like. I don't want them to stick out more than an inch from the fender well....

These rims should work for my 08 FX4 Screw, right? I have a level kit right now, and for the time being, I will just add a block to the rear to raise it up a inch and a half.

tires are bfg at

pawpaw's truck

straight on shot. wheels are 17x9 4 5/8 backspacing with -8 offset. i think we figured out one day lift kit widened my front track width .75" or so on both sides. you will probly rub if you dont do a full lift kit. i would go with a 33" tire unless your gonna lift.

Sweet! Thanks!

Do you know if the Pro Comp 1079s are "deep dish" shaped like the mickey thompson classic II's? If they're not, and they're more straight shaped, I think I'll go with the Mickey Thompsons....

it depends on the backspacing if they will be "deep dish"

i just bought a set of 15x10 MT classic locks w/ 3 5/8 backspacing and their deep dish, so i would think if the backspacing is 4.75 it will be fairly "deep"

im sure 4wheel parts will have a set in the back for you to look at.

if you order wheels call onlinetires.com they are really cheap compared to any where else i looked. btw the new KM2's are sick if your thinking about getting tires. i got them on the locks and they look sweet.
