toyo m/t speed rating ?? silly i know

I was just curious ? I have 35x12.50 20lt 121QE/10 . My question is the Q the speed rating ? or do mt even have a speed rating ? Some may think this is silly . But i had my top speed limiter removed when i got my Troyer tunes. I do think I exceeded the rating on these tires. But ,I couldn't resist .

I couldnt resist . This guy and his f150 didnt think I could keep up . You should have seen his face when my lifted truck blowed his doors off when his top speed limiter kicked in. And of course this was on a closed circuit track . I looked down and I was between 115 and 120 . Stupid I know . But, I got it out of my system . And thats just about all my truck wanted .

Q speed rating is 99mph. So you may have been just a little over

Not exactly sure what happens if you go over the limit, I know I've gone over the limit for my Toyo's before and haven't really noticed a difference.

The speed ratings are for the substained speed the tire is safe to run at. You are fine for a short time. Just don't go to Europe and set the cruise control at 120mph on the autobahn.

Don't run MT's too fast in the rain also! I had some on my '84 F-150 and they would hydroplane real bad at anything over 50mph.
