The pic is way to small to be able to see any detail. Try a different pic.

That is one reason I am not a big of some black wheels, from a distance they just look blah, no detail, sometimes they look spare rims or something

they are magnus by ultra wheel, i was thinking about getting them for my truck, but i didn't like the offset they came in.
