I have a 2001 Ford F-150 4x4 5.4. My dad and I recently put on new calipers and brake pads in the front bc the calipers werent releasing right. The brakes worked fine and sounded good. Two days later my truck started squeaking but not when I was pressing on the brakes. When I would press on the brakes the noise went away. Also, when I turn the wheel the left or I'm going straight my truck squeaks but if I turn my wheel to the right it will not squeak. We thought it might be the bearings but I don't think so bc if it was it would still squeak no matter which direction I had the wheel turned or if I was pressing on the brakes. You guys have any ideas on what it could be?
