Don't know about the wheels but tirerack and tire-easy.com have pretty really good deals on tires. I would look there. Tires are about to get more expensive for you friend.

 

This forum was, at one time, the best place to find them. But the supplier sold out. They were plentiful even on eBay. Now, there is only one set on eBay (not chrome) and several single wheels.

I love my saleen 23's. Just washed them today....they are perfect for the F150. Keep looking. Search Craigslist, Google them....look on Ebay. You will find them.

Two years ago they were $3000 a set. From this forum they were about $700 a set. Now with the supply disappearing the prices seem to have gone up.

You might even find a set on this forum in the classifieds.
