FX4 in need of Wheels and Tires

Alright crew,

I need help with some new rims and tires for my factory 2005 FX4.
I have no level kit now BUT I'd consider an add if needed.

Two part question.

What is the biggest 18 or 20 inch tire and rim I can run (without issues and ride compromise) factory setup?

Same question if I add a leveling kit?
Which kit should i get for the leveling?

I'm looking to pick up some XD rims and tires rockstar/spy or... so offset suggestions are helpful too.

Thanks in advance, I'm on my cell and cannot search.

I would add a leveling kit just because it looks good and you can get 33 in tires underneath her. So if you do go 20's you will have a lot of rubber. You should be able to see what are the different options from Ford (18's and 20's stock rims) and get a lot of info from thst. And just wait for Wandell. He will have all the answers.

You have an 05 so I'm assuming you're also ready for shocks and struts. The stockers are junk. Mine were completely done (or at least I only noticed) at 40k miles. They were done before that though.

Get the Bilstein 5100's. This way you can level your truck and get new/better shocks/struts all at the same time.

I install the 2.5in daystar leveling kit and it's working great. Just put it on top of the shocks and done. only cost $129.00. Me and friend put them in a bout 4 hours. Would be sooner but the first took awhile after that it was easy sailing. Went with Daystar because they are made of polyurethane and figure they would be better than metal on metal.

I'd suggest the 2 or 2.5 inch Autospring kit and some 33 inch tires on a 9 inch wide wheel with 5 to 6 inches of backspacing.
