I was not aware the 2009 was offered with 17" rims... And I can only speculate on what I know of the 2004 - 2008 models.
It depends...
Helpful huh?
It all depends on what wheels you are using, and which particular 35x12.50/17s you are planning on running. Mud Grapplers and Swampers are both known to have overly knobby sidwalls that tend to catch on bodywork...
Assuming the limitations are the same as the '04-'08 body style, then a leveling kit (2.5") with stock wheels clears no problem. Aftermarket wheels pose problems. A 3" body lift along with that leveling kit will give you a grand total of 5.5" of lift, so you will be far enough away from the body to have no worries even with 17x9 rims with a 4.5 or 4.75" backspacing...

As big as i can get
I decided i'll put a 3" leveling kit in the front with 1,5" billet blocks for the rear (CCR). At first i will try with 35x12,50 17 **** cepek F-C II, if that doesn't work then i'll have to go with 33x12,50. I'll upload befor and after pictures. thanks for the help.

I wouldn't go taller than a 2.5 inch kit. On the 04-08's the 3 inch kits leftt the ball joint and CV joint angles at too severe of an angle. It appears that the 09's have similar fitment specs as the 04-08's or maybe a tad more generous. If you add a 2.5 inch leveling kit and use the OEM wheels I would bet you could fit 35x12.50's.

Are 3" leveling kits not recommendable eventhough i use my truck 95% on the street? I was wondering because i'm from Chile and i've already ordered the 3" kit but if you say that eventually it wont be good for my truck i would sell it and buy a 2,5" kit.
Another thing, will the full efficiency go down with the 35" tires?
Thank you for your previous advices,

Some members have had premature ball joint wear with 3 inch kits. However, the ball joints on F-150's have been a weak area for over a decade. The taller the leveling kit, the worse the angles and therefore the faster the ball joints will wear. Most members here agree that 2 or 2.5 inches is the limit for a leveling kit.
