Pics of 20s with bigger tires!

Im trying to get an idea on what type of tire to use on my 04 fx4! I have the newer stock 20s with a 2.5 level kit. Anyone have pics of stock 20s with a bigger tire? Thanks!

With a level kit the max your going to be able to handle without much issue is a 33" tire. I have 305/50/20 whis is about a 32".

35x12.5 is as big as you are going to be able to go with a leveling kit... About as big as you really should go with IFS 4x4 anyway... CV joints don't like those stresses...

Look at the threads about 35s with only a leveling kit and you will see lots of pics of guys running OE 20s with 35x12.50/20s. I would steer clear of mud graps though. HUGE sidewall lugs grab stuff...

Didn't think 35's would fit? Cool! What kind of gas mileage do yall get? I can only manage about 12.5 since I leveled mine and got larger tires.

Thanks for the info, I think I will go with the Toyo MT 275/65/20 they measure out to a 34.5 . I had these tires on my last truck and they were nice. Anyone running this size? Thanks again!

I'm running 20s with 285/65/20 (34.7") BFG TA/KOs. Check my gallery for more pics.

I'm on a 6" lift but you can at least see what 35's on 20's looks like. Personally, I think 35's look great on a leveled truck but I can't figure out how they do it. I had to do a good bit of trimming and hammering to keep 35's from rubbing on a 6" lift. Keep that in mind if you don't want to do any trimming, etc. Anyway, check out the sig and gallery for more.

It's all about getting the right wheels. You need to have the correct backspacing or it won't work.
