I just put a set of 305/60/r18s on a couple of months ago with a AS 2.5" leveling kit and they dont rub at all. Great looking tire too.

Question JackADF

What kind of milage did you get out of your first set? How loud are they compared to some other MTs? Do the sidewalls rub at full lock? If so how much?

I'm not sure about the mileage because I sold them after about 10,000 miles to put AT's on, but they still looked real good after about 10K miles. I've only ever had BFG KM's to compare them to, but I don't have a loud exhaust and I could barely hear them with the windows up, at lower speeds (30-40) I could hear the hum with the windows down. Like most other mud tires with large side lugs they do rub at full lock, but it was no big deal and hardly noticable.

I'm buying another pair because I miss the look/feel of mud tires on the truck.

Man that looks AWESOME... I always liked the STT, but they are seriously hard to come by around here... Rumor has it they are a good wearing tire though with proper rotation. 40+ K miles with proper care...

i think the stt is a great tire looks good and a fairly cheap tire...the only thing i have ever heard bad about them is the bad milage and thats understandable for any mud terrain
