Wheel swap on 2005, steel to aluminum. Lug nut question

Wheel swap on 2005, steel to aluminum. Lug nut question
Hello, I am replacing my stock 05 XLT steel 17" rims, with 07 fx4 - 18" aluminum rims. Will the lug nuts from the 2005 steel rim fit on the 2007 aluminum rim properly. Are they the same? Both wheels have the fit over the lugnut style center cap. Thanks.

Lug nuts are lug nuts, they'll work.

I thought I remembered something about two different style lug nuts that were not interchangeable. Concentric or something.

About OEM lug nuts? All lug nuts should be the same, they're all hidden by the caps anyways.
