Its about that time for me; I need new tires. Looking to get the pro comp X-terrians, now I have 35/12.50/17 on my truck right now. I looking into 37/12.50/17. Quesition is I'm debating between 12.50 and 13.50 on a 37 inch tire? Beside width difference is there really an advantage? PLease comment on tire choice as well please. Most use is snow and hard pack dirt 50% offroad and daily driver.

Also looking to bite the bullet and get some new wheels (black)? or I might powdercoat on existing wheels (pro comp alloy's)...any words on powdercoating....

 

i have chrome 20" moto metals on my 38's.. i have an 06 black ext cab. If you want pics i will post them (only reason i didn't cause you said black rims lol) but i will if you want them.
and i would go with toyo MT's i love mine and they have a very nice ride and are very quiet

whats your lift setup and also the specs of the rims you have / want ?

 

6inch pro comp lift, I got fender flares on my ride so makes the bigger wheel look go in my opinion. Rims I am considering are 17x9 same size i have one there right now. (17x9 pro comp alloys 1079)

Rims I wanted dont come in my bolt pattern (ATX CHAMBER PRO TEFLON ) by american racing. So I am either considering ATX MOJAVE TEFLON, Pro comp alloys 7028, or a KMC wheel (see how much dough I can pull)....
